Cottages & Gardens wine columnist Sheri DeBorchgrave starts out her article by noting “all rosés are not equal, some are more flavorful, refreshing and stunning than others.” She adds that wines from Provence are the gold standard and that Château Minuty is an iconic estate in the region.
It is little surprise then that Minuty Prestige 2019 made her list of top recommendations. Continuing, she explains that “this pale pink rosé, combines hand-harvest estate grapes grown in Saint-Tropez and in the hills of Vidauban in Provence-Cote d’Azur region. Made from the classic Provence blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren and Syrah, the delicate wine has scents of white flowers and melon and flavors of citrus and red fruits.”
