WINEormous included Château Minuty Rose et Or 2019 in its latest roundup of wines. Their panel notes that “Minuty consistently produces outstanding rosé, and this is no exception.” Writer Tom Plant said he was “struck by the lovely pale color” of the Grenache and Cinsault blend and was impressed by the delicate flavors of strawberry and cherry. One of the other tasters described it as “smooth and very dry,” while another colleague “picked up anise and strawberry and said it had medium acidity.”
