In honor of the unofficial start to summer, Memorial Day, MassLive shared a list of French rosés to enjoy all weekend and summer long including M de Minuty 2020 and Minuty Prestige 2020.
M de Minuty is described as “flinty yet floral,” with a “wonderful, subtle finish with hints of peach and lemon. All these understated flavors last nearly half a minute after each taste. A great wine perfect with a wide range of food (oysters, strawberries, trout) or perfect on its own.”
Prestige is “another wonderful, dry, understated rose wine from Chateau Minuty, an outstanding winery located near the Mediterranean Sea in the dream-like village of Saint Tropez.” Writer Ken Ross adds that the wine is refined and “flavors seem more like a passing breeze, gently washing over your palate rather than overwhelming you.
